Manifesting Monday: Magical Relationships

“Probably the most astounding statistic that has come out of research studies is that for every one complaint about another person, whether in thought or word, there have to be ten blessings for the relationship to flourish.”
This chapter includes one of my favorite quotes:
“What if every person close to you said, ‘I love you – just the way you are,’ how would you feel?”
I read this a few times a week and it always reminds me to love – love each person with no conditions or rules.
IT’S MYYYYYYYYY BIRTHDAY WEEK! I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR AN INCREDIBLE YEAR, FULL OF POWERFUL CHANGES. Twenty Thirteen was blessed with many beautiful new faces, friendships (development of old ones as well), GOOD HEALTH and of course, the birth of KWAK.COM. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU UNIVERSE!!
Choose 3 relationships you would like to see flourish. It can be a relationship that’s going through a rough patch or anyone you would like to bless with more gratitude for what they contribute to your universe. It can be your mother, brother, best friend or favorite Starbucks lady. What is it about them that makes you smile? What is it about them that makes your life load a little easier? Keep those details in mind and pick out 1 picture of each person.
Carry that picture along through out your day travels, preferably somewhere easily accessible (wallet, purse, coat pocket). Thankfully, due to the remarkable help of technology, I can just go to my Facebook uploads and make a little collage, then keep it as my phone wall paper.
Sit with each image and jot down 5 things you appreciate about each person (again, my handy-dandy phone notepad works for me.)
“Thank you, their name, for what?
Example: “Thank you, Farah, for always making me laugh”or “Thank you, Mom, for always being there when I need you.”
At least three times that day, take a moment to stare at the images. Take a long, deep, heart filled look at each picture and recite the magic trilogy … “THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU,” followed by that individuals name. VOILA! You will immediately feel the satisfaction and fulfillment of sending them love, and according to the Law of Attraction, that love will be reciprocated.
Hope you’ve been keeping your daily appreciation list with me (as explained in week 1).
We have so much to be grateful for, even in our most darkest of moments. Hopefully your days are already feeling lighter, brighter and more complete. Please free to contact me or comment directly on KWAK about how the journey is affecting your life so far, or anything at all!
Thanks for joining me – Manifesting Monday Week 3
Here’s a few of my personal appreciation pictures… my collective of thank you’s! Thank you for the great roles you play in my overall existence.

  2. […] Part Deux of this week’s assignment is to write ‘THE GIFT OF HEALTH IS KEEPING ME ALIVE,’ in big bold letters on a piece of paper. Like the pictures last week, place the paper somewhere easily accessible or somewhere where you will see it at least four times today: car dashboard, bathroom mirror, desk, or wallet if you are on the move. Just like I did with the pictures for ‘magical relationships,’ I took a screen shot of the book ‘The Magic,’ cropped it and then kept it as my screen saver all week. Feel free to upload my image on yours as well! Each time you see those words today, take a moment to read them slowly and feel absolute gratitude for every part of your body… Repeat the magic trilogy: ‘ THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.’  Exhale. Thanks for joining us this week. Please try your best to continue to write your daily appreciation list (as mentioned in week one). We all have such busy lives therefore I completely understand if those 5-7 minutes a day may seem like a burden. Just always keep in mind all the elements that keep us busy are just some of the many things you should be grateful for.
