Manifesting Mondays: Bliss at the Workplace

Lets kick up your everyday job experience!! Welcome to Manifesting Mondays Week 6: Bliss at the Workplace!

In order to bring more of what you WANT into your work place (promotions, more creative ideas, inspirations, friendlier peers, etc) there is no doubt you must be grateful for what you have already.
Appreciation shifts attitude and energy. You will immediately be giving more of yourself to your job, that alone will increase the chances of positive change. The less you give , the less comes back to you . SIMPLE. Even as a stay at home mother, look for all the wonderful aspects of your job. The opportunity to spend more time with your children as they grow. Love your job as is. Fill your commute there and back with gratitude for being able to earn money to support yourself.

Today’s assignment is to imagine that you have someone following you all day at work, jotting down all your thoughts and feelings. Every time you find a reason to love your job, your ‘invisible boss’ will write it down. At the end of your day, you should have a long list of things your are grateful for.

Format for ‘invisible boss’ list:

I’m so grateful for ____.

Look for as many things as possible to be appreciative and feel blessed for at work. There are so many people who would love to be in your position, so that sense of stability is a powerful reason why love and gratitude is essential. Even if there is just ONE co-worker whom you truly enjoy seeing, be grateful for that little happiness they add to your day. For another example,  if you are in retail or in the service industry, be grateful for customers. Customers that are happy to see YOU everyday.

Thanks for joining me on the manifesting journey of love. Hopefully, you have been keeping your daily appreciation list. Keep those Magic rocks available every night before bed.

With all my heart thank you, thank you, thank you for your friendship.

“Cultivating a culture of gratitude might be the best way to help a workplace prepare for stresses that come with change, conflict, and failure. Making gratitude a policy and a practice ‘builds up a sort of psychological immune system that can cushion us when we fall,’ writes psychologist Robert Emmons. “There is scientific evidence that grateful people are more resilient to stress, whether minor everyday hassles or major personal upheavals.”
