Inspiring since a young age, I’ve had the privilege of seeing Miozotis draw passionately since our Elementary after school program, Grosvenors in the Upper West Side. It’s fascinating to see the development of her work since that tiny age and also the breathtaking similarities throughout the years. I recall her young doodles were always affeminate figures with long, luxurious hair. YES! THAT CRAYONED IN HAIR – always looked ready to go, pretty and detailed. I’m very proud for Mio’s success so far, honored to have her second feature on my site and looking forward to presenting the world with her future talents.

Deriving inspiration from a visit to India and the colorful culture of the Dominican Republic, the line literally speaks volumes. Indian craftsmanship sets the tone for this whimsical and luxe collection. The clothing is designed for seductive dances and flirtatious smiles. A ROSMIO dress is a good time tucked in your closet. Both Roslyn and Miozotis are formally trained fashion designers looking to share what they love to do with the rest of the world – Make gorgeous clothing women can feel lovely in. They decided in the summer of 2013 to start ROSMIO together. Collaborating once again from opposite sides of the world, they have great hopes for their first collection together as a team. Worldly embellishments with a bohemian flair make their unique aesthetic decadently feminine.
